Herding Nulls, and other stories from the future of C#

The Department of Computer Science, Aarhus University and the Alexandra Institute invite you to a distinguished talk by Mads Torgersen, Microsoft

If null reference exceptions are toothpaste, can we still get them back in the tube? Let’s look at some of the things we are doing to C# now and in the future, focusing on features that may be interesting to hear about even if you are not already a C# programmer.

Mads Torgersen is the lead designer for C#, and a program manager at Microsoft.

Before joining Microsoft 14 years ago he was an assistant professor at Aarhus University, busying himself with such things as adding Wildcards to the Java programming language.
