New ways of working

We help public and private organisations to innovate and develop the workplace settings for modern working life - both in terms of technology, organisation and space. All informed by research-based knowledge and by using a thoroughly tested methodology.

We conduct qualitative studies and facilitate change processes, but we also act as advisors or motivators on parts of projects and courses. Regardless of the extent, our objective is to provide solutions that are action-oriented, suitable and tangible. Therefore, our work is always based on our customers' needs.

Our approach is to put the actual use of space and technology at the centre of decisions about changes. Therefore, we use anthropological, ethnographic and user-driven involvement and development methods to create knowledge that can inform these decisions.

It is an approach that requires an inquisitive mind and an experimental attitude, but at the same time it is based on more than 20 years of insight and experience with change processes and user-centred development methods.

We provide solutions for small and large businesses. Previous customers include e.g. Vestas, Bang & Olufsen, Mobilize Me, PostNord, Silkeborg Municipality, Formsprog and Danfoss.
