Søren Tranberg Hansen

Søren has worked for more than 15 years with robotics and artificial intelligence, and he has expertise as a business researcher, lecturer, entrepreneur, company advisor and project manager.

Søren has initiated and been a project manager for a number of different projects - especially in the areas of machine learning and the robotics area - primarily within welfare technology. He has experience with innovation projects, counseling and lectures within robots and artificial intelligence, and he operates in the intersection between research and commercial activities.

Søren has published a number of international scientific papers, reports and he has written the book "The Robots among us" together with Jakob Fredslund from the Alexandra Institute and he has translated a book about drones.

Søren Tranberg graduated from the IT University of Copenhagen in 2004 with a Master's degree in computer science with an award-winning thesis on robots and neural networks. He has subsequently completed an Industrial PhD in artificial intelligence and robotics in collaboration with the Danish Technological Institute, Aalborg University and the Cognitive Computing Lab at Georgia Tech in Atlanta. In addition, he has a diploma in business administration from Aalborg University.
