Søren Brogaard Pedersen

Interaction Design Developer / Interactive Spaces Lab

Søren Brogaard Pedersen

Søren bridges the physical and digital divide. He is passionate about how to integrate technology into our physical surroundings. This means that you will often see him with a soldering iron. On a theoretical level, he is interested in how we as humans interact with technology. In addition, Søren often produces the software for microcontrollers that communicates input from e.g. real-world sensors to the computer.

Last but not least, Søren has broad technical and practical knowledge that enables him to combine multiple technologies into an installation and make them perform as desired. Therefore he is often involved in the development of our installations.

Søren has a Master's degree in Digital Design from Aarhus University. His thesis focused on the Internet of Things and its impact on our way of interacting with remote-controlled objects.
