Lasse Steenbock Vestergaard

Lasse has worked in the smart city area for several years in Denmark and around Europe. Tasks range from how to integrate data from data owner systems into an open data platform to how to make data available to end-users.

Lasse has held a number of presentations and workshops, the aim of which is to provide advice to large industrial companies, municipalities, governments and start-ups about smart city and not least the Internet of Things. Lasse focuses on how to implement smart city technologies to create value for the individual organization as well as for society in general.

His competencies comprise the technical aspects as he has knowledge of a number of programming languages and tools. In addition, he works with software architecture and communication between the parties in open data projects.

Lasse has a master’s degree in computer science from Aarhus University with specialty in interaction design.
