The focal point of Anne’s work is organisational development and new ways of working.
She facilitates change processes in public and private organisations to help them establish the best possible coherence between strategy, work processes, technology and office layout.
Users and employees are key players in the process, and Anne has many years’ experience of leading and facilitating employee-centred change processes based on ethnographic methods.
She is also an inspiring communicator and gives talks on how to successfully adopt and embed new ways of working in an organisation.
