Når maskinen skal forstå dansk – Dansk tekst som værdifuld data
18. MARTS 2021
På denne TEKNOLOGIMORGEN giver vi en introduktion til NLP-feltet – hvad handler det om, og hvad kan det bruges til?
Many IT security standards require some form of risk management framework. In these frameworks, a central task is risk identification.
There are many methods for risk assessments on the market with very different properties.
In this masterclass, we will introduce different types of assessment methods and elaborate on their advantages and disadvantages. We also tackle some of the bigger problems of IoT risk assessments: the scalability in these methods.
Your host is Peter Schneider, IT University of Denmark.
The target audience is companies that build or use IoT systems or consider implementing IoT in their business.
The masterclass targets a generic audience of professionals who want to get an introduction to risk assessment methods. The masterclass does not require any specific technical background in security and IT.
The learning objectives of this master class are that you shall be able to better understand risk assessments, what they are used for, how to perform them, and which method suits your needs best.
While traditionally risk assessments are executed already on a regular basis, the dynamics of IoT require even more frequent updates of the corresponding assessments.
In these updates, we must be able to easily handle changes in architecture and use cases as these are likely to arise.
Here, we take a look on how these methods perform in complex system setups and how an update of a risk assessment might happen.
CIDI – Cybersecure IoT in Danish Industry – is a strategic initiative launched by the Danish Industry Foundation. The purpose is to help Danish companies gain (and maintain) a competitive advantage on the market for smart products. CIDI is a partnership between the Alexandra Institute, FORCE Technology, DTU Compute and the IT University of Copenhagen.
